The smooth, deep pink, cylindrically shaped roots avg. 4–5" long and have crisp, white flesh. The flavor is both hot and unusually sweet. Huge Edible, smooth, strapleaf foliage with rhubarb-pink stems. Average 4-5 large radishes per bunch.
