Eggplant is another very versatile fruit from the garden. Currently, Ridge to Reef has some beautiful striped and purple Italian varieties. If you have a preference for for a certain type only, please leave us a note at checkout. We normally will give you a mix of varieties, but we'll try our best to accommodate special requests.
